We recommend selecting your usual size. You may compare measurements with an item you already have. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit, or the smaller size for a more sculpted, snug look. 

Tip: Measure the waistband of a well-fitting swim brief laid flat and compare it with the measurements above.
