We hope you love your OODDI purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused;
  • unwashed and unaltered;
  • in their original condition;
  • returned with all original tags attached;
  • returned in their original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration or missing tags may not be accepted for return.

Where a security tag has been applied, it must remain intact. Returns of items with removed or damaged security tags may be refused.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or another available product, please contact us before returning your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective or damaged item, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely delivered to us. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping service.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please complete our online Product Return Form (PRF) and include your order number together with the reason for your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable, and will cover the associated return shipping costs.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
