GENERAL TERMS

The website www.ooddi.com (hereinafter the "website") includes an electronic shop ("e-shop") for the sale of "OODDI" branded products, which is the online presence of the company under the name "Vasileios Panagiotis Karelas" (hereinafter the "company") and the trade name "OODDI" (Tax Registration Number EL155921053, Tax AuthorityKEFODE Attikis). The company's head office is located in Athens, at 39 Sarri str. 10554, Greece.

A. Scope of the Terms & Conditions of Use

Our effort is to provide high-quality services to the users (hereinafter "customers") of the website who wish to receive direct information on the available products but also to proceed with purchases through the e-shop, by means of distance online order, depending on the availability of the requested products. The website aims to provide prompt service to achieve customer satisfaction with responsibility and reliability.

The website and e-shop are governed by the following terms & conditions of use, which are compatible with the existing European and Greek legislation, while customers acknowledge the Company's right to amend these terms at any time to the extent that these do not affect orders already submitted. The customers acknowledge that they have read the terms & conditions and agree and comply with them when using the website or submitting orders. The terms & conditions define the terms of use of the website and provided services and the terms of the sale contract concluded between the company and the customer when submitting an order. The company reserves the right to suspend temporarily or permanently all of its services in its sole discretion without notice.

B. Personal Data Protection

In order for a transaction to be completed through the e-shop, the customers' personal data shall be provided. With the use of the website, the customers provide their explicit consent to the company to process their relevant personal data and declare that all their information are true and accurate.

To place an order, the customers will be asked to provide their full name, billing and delivery addresses, phone number(s) and email address. In case All personal data are required by the company to process the order and shall in any way not be disclosed, published or sold to third parties. Ensuring a higher level of security, the personal data related to the customers' debit/credit card will be securely disclosed to the third-party payment contractor for processing and will not be kept in the company's database.

C. Security

Our website operates in accordance with the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for secure online trading and all information is encrypted so that they cannot be read or changed while transmitted through the internet. SSL protocol is a global Internet standard for the certification of websites to Internet users and for the encryption of data between Internet users and web servers.

The company is not responsible for any damage may be caused to the customers' computer by viruses, worms orspyware during their connection to the website. It is the customers' responsibility to make sure and use an anti-virus program, firewalls, and that the computer protection programs are up to date.

D. Items to be Sold

The details and specifications of the products, are available in the website under each available product and/or product category. The company makes every effort to present the products in the most possible accurate way. In case of inaccuracies or incomplete information, the company reserves the right to correct any mistakes and update the website anytime without any prior notice.

Due to the products nature, their presentation on the website and the different visual types, the colors and fabrics may differ slightly from the actual products. If the customers eventually and upon delivery, find out that it is not what they wish for, they have the right to return the products in accordance with the terms set herein.

E. Order of Products

Upon the placement of an order through the e-shop, a sale contract for distance sale is concluded in accordance with the legal framework of the Greek legislation. The customers have the right of concluding a valid order via the e-shop, if they are in compliance with the contractual Articles of the Greek Civil Code.

Special orders cannot be placed through the e- shop. The company invites its customers wishing to order special items to contact the designer directly at here4you@ooddi.com.

In order for a transaction to be completed, the customers shall follow the below procedure:

i. The customers may walk through the website, view the desired products and select the quantity, color and size. The Products selected shall be placed into a special section (hereinafter referred to as the "Cart").

ii. The customers have the option to freely modify their "Cart" by deleting an initially selected item, modify the quantity, color or size previously selected or add new items.

iii. The customers select the desired delivery and payment methods and complete the information necessary for the proper dispatch of the order.

Accepted orders do not legally imply the conclusion of a sale contract but an invitation of information and the company reserves the right to inform the customers that the order may not be processed. The order and sale agreement are considered as concluded with the delivery and payment of the ordered products to the customers.

The customers acknowledge that the products offered on the website are limited in number. Occasionally, the availability of certain products may incur inconveniences. In such circumstances, the company shall inform promptly the customer accordingly.

Product offered for sale on the website can be viewed by following a dedicated link displaying the products photographic images, unit price, colours and sizes (if applicable). For products explicitly marked on the website as "Pre-Order" being not yet ready to be shipped, additional information will clarify the relevant estimated delivery date.

F. Order Payment

For the final orders to be submitted, the customers will be asked to choose a payment method. The company provides its customers with the following payment methods:

• Debit/Credit Card – Instant payment through a charge of the customers' debit or credit card. The debit/credit card processed via Stripe (www.stripe.com), a US based payment platform which ensure the secure processing of transactions subject to validity control of the debit/credit card holders

• PayPal – for active PayPal customers

Despite the payment method, all customers have the option to choose either a retail receipt or the issue of a tax invoice. Since invoices are issued to companies and freelancers, additional information may be required such as company name, activity, vat number and tax authority.

Before checkout, the customers can view the summary of the items to be ordered and is required to accept these terms & conditions before submitting the order.

By placing the order, the customers receive a copy of their order via email.

All product prices, include VAT (24%), while the website reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the customers. All orders are being processed in Euro currency and customers are subject to any exchange rate differences for which the company bears no responsibility.

For orders outside European Union, delivery duties, taxes and customs clearance cost cannot be calculated in advance and the customer accepts to bear these costs in order to release the package from customs. For additional information, customers are instructed to contact their local customs office. If for any reason the package has been refused at customs, the company is not obliged to refund the original shipping cost and any additional duties, taxes and customs cost incurred.

G. Delivery Methods

All product orders require up to three (3) business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are being processed on the next business day.

Various delivery options are available at extra cost. Delivery time vary depending on the destination country. Details about shipment methods is available here. For deliveries with total value over EUR 100, the delivery is free of charge.

H. Returns Policy

Even though the description of products is detailed through our website, the customers may eventually, upon delivery, find out that it is not what they wish for or that the selected size is not correct.

In this case, our company allow the customers to return the product within a period of fourteen (14) days after delivery, and replace it with the same product in different size or another product of their choice. Refund is not available except in the event of other selected product or size is not available. Only in such cases and after the returned items undergo quality control, the company will refund the value of the product, using the same payment method used when placed the order. Processing time for refunds vary depending on the bank or payment institution.

For all returns, products must be returned in the original condition in which they have been delivered. Customers must ensure that the products are intact and complete, they have never been used, worn, ironed, washed or damaged in any way, and returned in their original packaging, equipped with all labels they were received with. In case a product was provided with a security tag, the return of this product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removedor broken and the company reserves the right to reject the return of such products. In the event the return is rejected, the company shall send a specific notice to the customers and shall consequently not proceed to accepting the exchange of such product, reserving as well the right to claim compensation for any damage.

All clothes available on SALE cannot be returned, as well as those which have been replaced once.

In all return cases, the cost of shipping is paid by the customers, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until their delivery to the company address. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company's error, the company undertakes to cover the cost of the product return. For any product return, it is mandatory by the customers to complete the relevant Product Return Form [PRF].

I. Intellectual Property Rights

The entire content of the website, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, products, marks, symbols, is the intellectual property of the company and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, European law and international conventions.

Any modification, copying, distribution, modification, configuration, transfer, sale, republication in any way of any information (in whole or in part), reproduction and retransmission, downloading or exploitation of the contents of the website in any way or by any means for commercial or other purposes is forbidden without the written permission of the company. The appearance of such content on the website should in no way be construed as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use it.

J. Limitations of Liability

The website provides no warranty of any kind about the availability of the displayed products on the website. All transactions are deemed as completed only after sending a written electronic confirmation. In the unlikely event the company is unable to execute an order, has the right to withdraw and not fulfil the order and in the case the product has been already paid, the order will be fully refundable.

The customers assume any responsibility that may arise from the access and use of the website. The company is not responsible for any kind of damage to the customer without limitation for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damage. For any damage that may arise from the access, ability or inability to use the website, delay or failure to provide services or information coming from any third party interventions related to products, services, or information available through it, including any damage from virus transmission to the user's electronic equipment, the company may not be held accountable.

The customers are solely responsible for securing the confidentiality of passwords and undertakes the risk of damage from third party access in any way to its code.

OTHER TERMS

Force Majeure

The failure of the company to perform or delay the performance of any obligation under the sale contract solely by reason of causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: acts of government, riots, wars, civil commotions, invasions, terrorist attacks or threat of terrorist attacks, strikes, fire, explosions, floods, natural disasters, shall not be deemed to be a breach of the sale contract. The performance of the company under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that any event outside our control continues but in case the cause of delay exceeds more than sixty (60) calendar days, the company will contact the customers in order to terminate the sale contract and return all amounts paid.

Modification

The company reserves the right to renew or modify the terms and conditions of trade through its website at its sole discretion. The company undertakes no obligation to update this document for any change or addition to the terms.

Applicable law - Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the Greek law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or the sale contract, shall be submitted to the Courts of Athens, Greece.
